ICT is information and communication technology.. A broad term for everything related to it. computers/hardware/software ect. Open source communication solution technology is kind of hard to say on what it is. But open source in programming means the code is viewable and shared among others which others can modify/create different things for the program. The company is an IT company like you said, they make things more efficient/better/less costly for businesses by changing/modifying how they do their technology. The company provides new solutions for businesses they work with, this may change their computers, upgrade servers to make it less less costly for the amount of power they use, it varies.
